Where is the venue located?
The site is situated in parkland beside the Bellarine Railway and Rail Trail, which is located at the North end of Hesse St, across the railway line, toward the Boat Ramp. You'll see us on the left, and parking is on the right.
How long is a session?
Two hours - this is strictly 2hrs.
Is the venue undercover?
Yes, the event will be under the cover of a large marquee. However it is still an outdoor event where you will be exposed to the elements. You won't get rained on and you won't get sunburnt, but it might get cold or hot depending on the weather. Please dress accordingly.
Can I add people to my table?
Table allocation is based on bookings. If you wish to sit together as a group you must purchase tickets in the one transaction. If you need to add people to your table please contact us in advance.
Can I book multiple sessions in a day?
No, sadly we can only see you for one 2hr session per day. Please by all means come again on another day though!
I have dietary requirements, what can I eat?
Our set menu's can be viewed on our Dining page. You will select your menu type when booking. Menu's are set, and other variations are not available. If you need to contact us re the menu please do so via email@example.com
Can I bring my own food?
No you can't sorry. All tickets for The Pelican Bar include food. Please see our Dining page for more info.
Can I bring my own drinks?
No you cant. This is a fully licensed 18+ event.
Can I sing?
Technically no.... it's not exactly COVIDSafe.
Can I dance?
Only at your allocated table area. There is no dancefloor. So please if you wish to dance, stick to your table, and dancing with people on your table only.
Where can I park?
Parking is available on JL Jordan Reserve, opposite the venue. Head North on Hesse St toward the Boat Ramp. Parking is on the right, venue is on the left.
Is this event COVID safe?
Yes, the event will comply with current Government Guidelines and Restrictions. Check out the details on our COVID safe page for all the details.
How do I order a drink?
Drink menus will be available at your table. You can place your order through our online ordering service and it will be delivered straight to your table.
Can I move around the venue?
Patrons will be directed to their allocated table upon arrival, please limit movement within the venue as much as possible.
Do I have to wear a face mask?
Based on current restriction (Jan 1, 2021), you are not required to wear a mask in the venue as we are an outdoor dining venue.
I left an item behind. Do you have a lost property facility?
Yes, we will collect all items left behind at the venue and hold them for two weeks after the last show. Any unclaimed items will be donated to the local op shop. If you loose an item, please contact the office during business hours on 5258 1648 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Why is it called The Pelican Bar?
The Pelican Bar gets its name from an old QMF Venue that was very popular during the 00s, and was located right where the 2020 version of The Pelican Bar is!

I can't come anymore, can I get a refund?
Ticket refunds are only available as per Live Performance Australia's ticketing code of practice.
*If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or are in isolation awaiting test results, or as a close contact, then we will offer you the opportunity to transfer your tickets to another date, or a refund.
